Informational Sessions

Austin Music FoundationAustin Music Foundation Programs

Music Industry Boot Camp is a quarterly educational seminar series, presented free to the public, which focuses on music business topics relevant to the professional development of independent musicians.  Panel discussions by industry leaders are offered with an audience Q&A and additional time for one-on-one questions.

Small Group Sessions, meetings of 30-50 participants, are geared to inform a smaller audience about focused music business topics and to allow individualized advice and discussion.  The smaller educational seminars facilitate transfer of hands-on business knowledge between artists and music community professionals who wish to mentor up-and-coming talent.

Austin Music Mixer, a monthly networking event hosted by AMF, allows musicians and music industry professionals to meet in an informal environment to share experiences, create alliances, build relationships, develop contacts, and support each other.

Austin Music Incubator is a unique, nationally recognized grant program to assist artists in creating and marketing new musical works through guidance, mentoring, and monetary resources.
